I have been selling at the Farm Women's Market since 1982. I previously operated a pick your own strawberry, wine grape, raspberry, pumpkin patch and tomato farm known as "Paul's Patch" for many years north of Olney, Maryland where I still grow many of the crops I sell in Bethesda today. When in season, I have a great selection of homegrown heirloom tomatoes (Cherokee purple, green zebra, odoriko and yellow pineapple to name a few), Roma paste, sun-gold cherry, and standard beefsteak plus fresh green beans, red and white potatoes, yellow and green squash, gold raspberries, figs, cut basil, Swiss chard, and candy onions. I also have an excellent miniature cantaloupe called "sugar cube" that I think has the best flavor around!
