FARM WOMEN'S MARKET
2017 Markets (Wed, Fri & Sat)
For our 2017 Markets, priority will go to Vendors with prepaid commitments (Monthly) and prepaid spaces for specific dates.
Daily "Drop-ins" will be accepted if space is available at $40.00 (Single Space/One Tent) $75.00 (Double Space/Two Tents).
An application fee of $75.00 applies to all new vendors payable upon approval to join our Market. This fee will be included on your invoice for 2017. All fees are non-refundable and due within 72 hrs of the approval of your application. We will invoice you via email. If payment is not received within 72 hours, we move on to the next vendor application.

Approvals/Invoices are going out ASAP.
Markets occur Rain or Shine.
Please note: The below map is a general guideline. We will accommodate up to 22 Tents (10x10) Outside and 8 Stands Inside (@60sq ft per stand). Inside space is reserved for food vendors and food related crafts (i.e. Cutting Board, Cookware, etc.)
We do not accept the following vendors or products for our Wed, Fri and/or Sat markets
- Cosmetic or Skincare Products
- Nutritional Supplements
- Bake Sales
- Religious, Political, Non-Profit material
- Charity Drives
(With the exception of the Girl Scouts, 4H, Bethesda Green and Day's End Horse Farm)

Our Board of Directors and Market Manager reserve the right to terminate any/all vendor agreements.
We are accepting Farmers/Food Vendors in all categories (For example- Micro-Greens, Meats, Seafood, Mushrooms, Cheese, Sauerkraut, Hummus, Yogurt, Etc.) pending Board approval. Our market hosts (4) Fresh-Produce Vendors and (3) Flowers/Gardening Vendors. However, there are several areas that are non-competitive.
Indoor space is available for vendors seeking specific market days in an effort to offer greater flexibility to those vendors selling in multiple markets.
Spaces are available (see above map) in Dark Blue (Wed, Fri or Sat) or Tan (Friday only). There are refrigerated display cases on Stand #12 and #24 that may be used to display items that should remain cold.
Please note: There is a much higher bar (and cost) for Health Dept. permitting INSIDE our building.
This year represents an opportunity to offer three unique Markets (Wed, Fri & Sat) while "anchoring" each Market day with established long-standing businesses.
Food Artisans and Farmers
may setup at 10:00am and depart by 2:00pm
(10x10 tents with 25lb weights.)
Craftspeople, Artists & Retailers
may setup as early as 8am and depart by 5pm
(10x10 tents with 25lb weights)
Upon approval, you may obtain proper permitting and liability insurance.
All food vendors must obtain the appropriate license for your business from the
Montgomery County Department of Health & Human Services (MCHHS). The Dept. of Health Phone Number: 240-777-3986.
All vendors must have appropriate Liability Insurance.
